Rice Paper Wraps

Another one of Agong's great creations! Rice paper, mayo, kale from his garden, organic azuki breans, and a pickle!

It's good stuff!

Udon Wonton Soup With Veggies

These wonton's are from Costco and don't have that many ingredients, which we like. I boiled a pot of water and then added organic chicken paste. Then added all the wontons, veggies, and pre-cooked udon noodles. It all cooked quickly and was really good!

Egg Salad Sandwich & Coconut Tapioca

There is a local health food store here in Maui called Alive & Well. They have a deli with freshly made salads, sandwiches, sushi, desserts, juice, smoothies, etc. Offering raw, organic foods, and local produce. I've eaten a lot of different salads from there that taste delicious and this egg salad sandwich was amazing!

This (vegan) coconut tapioca was super good as well! Gotta learn how to make this at home.

 So many good choices.

Next time I will try this...yumm!

Macadamia Nut Crusted Ono Fish

Hawaii surely has the best fish! I'm definitely going to try to re-create this Ono fish we had the other day at an awesome cafe!

Juice With Fresh Garden Greens

Organic carrots, oranges, organic apple, half a lemon, organic cucumber, and fresh kale from Agong's garden!

Kale & Shitake Mushroom w/ Quinoa

Agong also made this delicious dish. Fresh kale from his garden, shitake mushroom, and garlic sauteed in butter and served with quinoa. I always love his cooking!

Agong's Swiss Chard Potato Soup

We are visiting Ama and Agong (Grandma and Grandpa) and Agong is an excellent cook! He has a great garden full of lots and lots of greens. Yesterday he made this soup. It also has lots of garlic and chili powder...it was good!
