Organic pear, organic carrot, organic celery, cucumber, and a little sliver of ginger. I use a quarter of the pear, but for a better picture I wanted half of the pear. After I juice these I dilute it with half or more than half water. It's really important to dilute your little ones fresh juice. The enzymes are strong and could cause an upset stomach, diarrhea, and diaper rash.
I really need to start making June juice!! So keep posting these ones please!
ReplyDeleteYou can throw all of these in the blender and get the juice out using a strainer. I would recommend using a stainless steel type mesh strainer. Then try pressing on the pulp in the strainer to get more juice out. It's a little more work, but you gotta be creative to get it out!
