土豆丝 Tou Dou Si

This was one of our favorite dishes in China. 土豆丝 or shredded potatoes. Our friend from China also made it and brought it over today. So good!

    Oh man that looks good. I found a restaurant in northern California that makes a really good rendition but I wish I could have it all the time...looks so hard to make though.
