Asian Cauliflowered Fried Rice

Nom Nom Paleo is a paleo food genius!

Just for the fact that you make "rice" out of cauliflower
& it's really easy.

I really enjoyed this dish.

Apple Spiced Wassail

I love this Apple Spiced Wassail

This is a much better alternative to store bought Apple Ciders, Hot Coco's, etc.

Much healthier too

I got all my ingredients and threw everything in my Vita-mix...

Yum, so good!

Checkout the recipe here.

Jiaozi...Dumplings & Mushrooms

When we need a quick fix for dinner, we usually have a bag of Ling Ling Potsickers in the freezer.

But, just boiling them can get boring sometimes.

My family loves crispy dumplings w/ sauteed mushrooms and green onions.

They are no where near as good as the real stuff in China, but they sure are good.

Spaghetti w/ Zoodles

I love making my zucchini into "Zoodles"

It makes a great spaghetti

Just steam some veggies add your favorite spaghetti sauce
Don't forget your favorite herbs and spices too

And whalla....

Enjoy!

Banana Pancakes!

These Banana Pancakes are so so good!

They have two ingredients...

1 Banana
2 Eggs

That's it.

You mash up a banana, crack two eggs, mix 'em up, &
then cook them on the skillet.
*They are more delicate than regular flour pancakes
when cooking.

Super easy and so so yummy :)

Miso Soup

My husband made me this yummy chickpea miso soup with tofu (orgnaic/non-gmo), veggie broth, carrots, spinach, and some rice.

I usually don't eat soy products because of the health hazards they can cause.

But, I'm cool with it if soy products are organic, non-gmo, and fermented.

Asians do eat soy, but for centuries have used it and prepared it properly for the best health benefits and proper nutrient absorption by fermenting it.

Check out these articles...Health Benefits of Miso, as well, The Ploy of Soy.

Spam Musubi :)

My kids were sure excited to make some ono Spam Musubi.
One of their absolute favorites!

They are super easy to make, as long as you have some kind of musubi mold.
Check them out here on good old amazon.
If I had a girl I would totally get the Hello Kitty Mold.

Slice some spam and fry it in some soy sauce or coconut aminos
& add it the mold to create your musubi. Wrap the seaweed around &
put some water on your finger and dab it along the edge of the seaweed to seal it.
Yum.
