I love preparing healthy homemade food right in my kitchen! I also love juicing raw fruits and veggies and I have been doing it since Jan 2006. It's something that I love doing. The more raw fruits and veggies, organic free-range meats, whole grains, organic, plant food based, beans, nuts, little to no refined grains, dairy, sugar, or processed foods the better! At least for me. :)
