Kale Chips are so so good!

I didn't get a end shot, but look up some recipes. Super easy.

Do You Love Artichokes?

They've got some awesome anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals...vitamin C & K, Folic acid, Iron, Manganese, etc.

Titan Peeler & Butternut Squash

I love cooking with butternut squash. Without my Titan peeler that my sister gave to me a few Christmas' ago I would not like cooking with butternut. The outer covering of most winter squash is tough tough tough! This peeler is amazing and I get it peeled quickly and then chop it up into cubes. Lifesaver! You can find this peeler also comes with an awesome julienne peeler at Bed, Bath, & Beyond for $15, but pay less with your 20% off coupon. They usually have a Titan demo video playing, you'll be memorized! Or find the video on YouTube I think. I'll get back to you on the right place to find it.

Grilled Cheese Tuna With Organic Soup & Salad

Grilled cheese tuna sandwich with an organic salad and organic red pepper tomato soup!

Baby Juice

Organic pear, organic carrot, organic celery, cucumber, and a little sliver of ginger. I use a quarter of the pear, but for a better picture I wanted half of the pear. After I juice these I dilute it with half or more than half water. It's really important to dilute your little ones fresh juice. The enzymes are strong and could cause an upset stomach, diarrhea, and diaper rash.

Veggie Stir-Fry

We love making stir-fry dishes. I basically stir-fry any veggies I want. I add some water and soy sauce (I also use Bragg Sauce) then put a lid over it to let it steam for a couple minutes. I add eggs, a little more soy sauce, a little vinegar, sometimes just a tiny bit of sweetener (sugar, agave, etc.). Let it all cook and put it over rice!
